Have you ever wanted to improve your flexibility, feel more stable in balancing poses, or learn how to safely work toward a headstand—but weren't sure where to start?

This workshop is designed to break everything down into simple, approachable steps in a supportive and encouraging environment. There is absolutely no pressure to achieve a particular pose or be at a certain level. You will be met exactly where you are and encouraged to explore what feels right for your body.

Flexibility is not something we achieve once and keep forever. Like strength, balance, and any meaningful skill, it is developed through consistent practice over time. My intention is not only to help you improve flexibility during the workshop, but to provide you with tools and techniques you can continue exploring long after the workshop ends.

If you're curious about inversions, you'll be guided through step-by-step progression, learning how to build a strong foundation, develop body awareness, engage the proper muscles, and safely explore going upside down.
